Came in tonight To drop $500 for some Christmas presents for my daughters, which were from electronics but not one employee was in site to help me get the items that I needed. I asked an associate for help and I waited an extra 20 minutes like an idiot, so I left and took my business somewhere else. Not saying that targets needs my money but man this was horrible. As I was leaving I told an associate about my experience and she offered me $5 off lmfao!!! You guys are a joke!!! I will happily spend my money somewhere else!

The manager by the name of Ray sucks he's very rude, has no customer service, and lacks communication skills I'm still trying to figure out why he's a leader at Target. Came in to make a purchase today and had a coupon and he's like we'll it doesn't take this very rudely and walked off. Instead of being kind about it. This is not the first time he has been rude as I shop at Target very frequently. The black lady who works in customer service counter should be the manager she has all of the leadership qualities. She's very friendly, and kind and provides top-notch service the Target way! She's the lady who left and came back to work anytime I'm shopping at Target she's always the same so kudos to her if I'm not mistaken I believe her name is Ms. Jennifer.

What a cluster (bleep)!!!! They are now doing self check out and it ridiculous. There is one person running the show and doesn’t know what they are doing. No organization at all. Half of these customers have no idea what they are doing and are clogging up the lanes. You have people cutting in line. You have no clue what you are doing. I will never go here again. Do better!!

I live over 30min away from this target but was looking for a book and it was only available here. I called to make sure tht I wouldn’t be wasting time or gas, and they said they had it and it would be at guest services. After driving over 30min and so excited to finally get this book I was then told they couldn’t give me the book because it was on a pallet in the back after being told tht same day it was already at the front for me. Communication needs to be better here, because driving this far for nothing is ridiculous
